Program Overview

We want to empower sales reps/account managers at our trusted Managed Service Provider partners to refer businesses that can benefit from RCH's services (cable infrastructure, DAS). Referrals help expand RCH's client base through your trusted networks and helps your clients receive the comprehensive services that keep your managed network running smoothly. 

What's more, to compensate you properly for your help, we provide you with 3% of the net first-year sales revenue from the referred customer (e.g., if the new contract generates $100,000 in year-one billings, then the referrer would receive $3,000).

Any and all payments will be done within 30 days of our confirmation of the client’s payment, via direct deposit or check. This way, we can ensure that your hard work and valuable insights are compensated appropriately.

Our program is designed to be easy and efficient, meaning that within 48 hours, we’ll be able to contact you with verification of your details, as well as updating you on the status of the lead.

At RCH, we understand how important your time is as business professionals, which is why we made this process smooth and easy for you to complete. All you have to do is go to our MSP Referral Program Portal and fill out the relevant details, and if you’ve already done business with us before, then you won’t even have to go through the process of inputting your company’s information. Signing up and putting in your first referral will be quick and simple, we promise.

Yes, there are!

  • No self-referrals or conflicts of interest (e.g., referring your own MSP's clients without disclosure). 
  • Referrals expire after 6 months if not pursued. 
  • RCH has final say on qualification and payouts. 
  • Comply with anti-bribery laws; disclose incentives to leads if required. 
  • Tax responsibility on the referrer; RCH issues 1099 forms as needed. 

Yes, we are only open to verified salespeople/account managers at RCH-partnered MSPs—not general employees, customers, or non-partners.
